BP Invites Paulsboro
to Public Meeting Jan. 22

What?

A presentation on BP's most recent report to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) about clean-up at the former Terminal. BP Environmental Business Manager Sasa Jazic will present the report's findings and recommendations. A question-and-answer period will follow. NJDEP representatives will be available to provide information about the NJDEP review and approval process.

Why?

To inform the Paulsboro community about the findings of the August 2007 Final Remedial Investigation Report (RIR) approved by the NJDEP. The report includes:

• Remedial investigation findings and recommendations.
• A history of the clean-up of the former Terminal.
• An update on steps toward the final clean-up.
